If any of these sound familiar, you're in the right place
- You're good at your job, but part of you is braced to be found out.
- You undercharge, and you can't quite make yourself name a higher number.
- You go quiet in meetings, or freeze when the room turns to you.
- You can't take credit for your own work, even when it's plainly yours.
- You keep putting off the visible work that would actually move you forward.
Most people find me through the work side of this, but the same patterns run through relationships and the hard decisions too. If that's nearer your mark, you're just as welcome here.
Who's on the other end of the call
For as long as I can remember, I've been the person people call when something's tangled. I've spent years in work where you learn that someone is carrying something long before they have words for it. I've since built that instinct on a foundation of attachment and behavior-change research. Now I do it as coaching: practical, forward, on your side. On a call I'm plain-spoken and warm. I'll tell you what I see, and I won't sell you anything you don't need.
Change shows up in what you do
Built on behavior-change and attachment research, and on one plain idea: change shows up in what you do, not just how you talk about it.
Get the goal concrete
A vague goal can't be worked. We make yours specific enough that you'd know it if you saw it, then point everything at it.
Work from behavior, not feeling
Insight is cheap; behavior is where change actually lives. We find the one place you're stuck, try a small step between sessions, and let the record show you what moved.
The point isn't to need me
You leave steadier, steering your own choices: a reframe you repeat until it's a habit, one that holds after we stop.
Small steps, in your corner
Straightforward by design. You'll know after one call whether it's a fit, and either way you leave with something you can use.
A free fit call
Twenty minutes. We get you moving on one real thing, so you feel what the work is like. I'll tell you the cost and my honest read on fit. I'd rather be straight than sell you. You leave with a start either way.
First Steps
Four sessions, usually about six weeks. We start from what's actually in your way and work it: real practice between sessions, forward motion you can feel.
Keep going
If it's working and you want more, we set a rhythm that fits your life, for exactly as long as it's useful, and no longer.
Real work, and real limits
Coaching does real work, and it has real limits. Being straight about both is part of doing it well.
First, let's make sure you're supported
- In crisis or immediate danger? Please reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, call 911 Emergency Services, or contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1‑800‑799‑7233 (text START to 88788) first. Then the door's open.
- Already in therapy? Welcome. Coaching alongside it is common and good.
- Need clinical care or a diagnosis? That's a licensed professional's role; I'll gladly help you find one, and we can still work the forward pieces together.
Needing therapy doesn't mean coaching can't help; the two work well side by side.
